Meet Aimee
Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate
I’m a mental health professional with a deep commitment to helping individuals discover their inner strength, resilience, and capacity for growth. My approach is humanistic, person-centered, and grounded in the belief that healing happens when we feel seen, heard, and empowered.
I hold two master’s degrees—one in Industrial-Organizational Psychology and another in Addiction Counseling—and bring over a decade of experience across healthcare, mental health, and family advocacy. Before starting my private practice in 2025, I worked for six years in healthcare and spent four years as a family advocate supporting at-risk families through times of need and transition.
In my practice, I integrate a wide range of evidence-based therapies, including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Written Exposure Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused Therapy, Brainspotting, and goal-setting techniques. I tailor each approach to your individual story and needs, always with the goal of helping you live a more connected, meaningful, and fulfilling life.
Whether you’re facing life transitions, emotional challenges, or simply seeking greater clarity and direction, I provide a compassionate and collaborative space to explore, grow, and move forward—one strength at a time.
