Available Services

The below are available services offered by Life Insight Counseling, we are willing to discuss rates and attempt to build a customized process that will work for you.

Please note that the prices listed below are for private pay clients, if you are using insurance the prices will differ depending on your coverage. I currently accept Premera, Cigna, and Aetna insurance plans through supervisory billing.

15 Minute Consultation

This is our first introduction to each other. These sessions are necessary to ensure that Life Insight Counseling is a good fit for your needs and goals. This is free and limited to 15 minutes.

Intake and Assessment

Typically, an hour each session the intake and assessment process is the foundation building for a successful therapeutic process. This is normally done over two sessions and costs $140 per session.

40 Minute Session

A shorter session that will enable you to work toward your mental health goals when an hour is not possible. This session is typically $100.

55 Minute Session

The 55-minute session is designed to help dive a little deeper into the current and historical symptoms. The session cost is $120.

Mental Health Consulting

The consulting service is available for organizations. This is a custom designed service based on the need of the organization. Please reach out for specific information related to cost and availability.

Write ups

The write up service is available for clients if needed for writing letters outside of session time and starts at $50 per letter.
